Why me?
I am 27 years old and have been involved in exercise and sports since childhood. I have been weight training since the age of 18 and have had the opportunity to create and try a number of different workout plans. These have ranged from sport specific plans (played rugby to county level) to aesthetic related plans that are purely about building and shaping muscle. I can also offer diet and nutrition advice that has helped me obtain my desired results.
Lastly, my ability to outline my plans in an easy to understand fashion means that whichever plan you purchase, you will be able to get to grips with it quickly, safely and effectively.
Note:
Diet and nutrition advice is offered on an informal basis. If you are after something more detailed and informative I can certainly offer that as an additional purchase.
