Workout from your home with my 28 days fitness plan. I recommend this plan to anyone tight on time or budget and wants to lose weight fast or to get an aesthetic body.

The workout plan is 60 minutes long with different exercises that work the whole body in one workout.

not what i expected .... when i asked why only 9days and nit 28? this was his response..’’This workout is 9 days, after completing this workout 3 times (27 Days), you can pass to the next level: From Beginner to Intermediate and from intermediate to Advanced” you can decide what you think...

Hello, Just to explain it's a 27-day program, in fitness programs we can not do an exercise once, our body will not evolve like that. And you are not going to reach your goal In the fitness world , the programs are composed of levels, series and repetitions, and it is the same thing for my program
