Hi I'm Alberto a Personal Trainer from Italy.
In this package I will give you a personalized training plan based on your body and gym experience.
The plan will be designed to get you the physique you want.
The training plan will be drawn up on a basis of 3-4 days of training per week for 4 weeks. The training will be with weights, without weights and low intensity cardio at the end of the workout plan.
Each exercise will be explained with videos.
You can contact me in private to let me know about some bone problem, the presence of asthma or scoliosis.

On request it's possible to receive food tips and to inform me in private the presence of food allergies.
