What will my custom guide offer you?



  • 4 WORKOUTS/WEEK: No matter what package you choose, it will include 4 workouts per week. It's up to you to choose whether you want workouts that can be done in the gym or ones that can be done at home.
  • WORKOUTS TAILORED TO YOUR GOALS: After checking out, you will be able to tell me your goals and preferences for the plan (i.e. "I would like an at-home workout plan that focuses on building my glutes and strengthening my core.")
  • PICTURES: All the exercises are shown with instructional pictures to help you make sure you're doing the exercise right.
  • REPS/SETS: I provide a recommended number of reps and sets, but you can easily change these numbers to make the program more or less challenging.
  • TIPS: In all the packages, I include several pages of tips on cardio, rest days, nutrition, and progress tracking to help you maximize your efforts.

The seller was very responsive and easy to work with. My only perplexity is that the workout plan doesn't look "custom" at all, but rather a standard pamphlet for all uses. This aside, the product was good.

I’m sorry you feel the guide is not “custom”. I assure you it is! I do have a basic template for the things such as the bonus nutritional information, as these things can apply to everyone, however, the workouts themselves are tailored to your personal goals.
