Create Personalised Fitness Plans











About:

I am REPs level 3 personal trainer, with a BSc in Physical Education as well as over a decade's experience in coaching sport and exercise. 



My programmes are tailored specifically for your individual goals. To help tailor your training plan, I will ask that you fill out a brief form and PAR-Q (Physical Activity Rediness Questionnaire) during initial contact/consultation. 



With each training plan you will receive; 



  1. Training plan 
  2. Break down of physical metric targets specific to you and your goals


With the Silver Medal Plan, you will also get a video tutorial breakdown for each exercise in your plan.



With the Gold Medal Plan, you also get ongoing email support throughout the duration of your training plan.
