Write A Fitness Article For You

Hi!

Fitness is not a bro science! It’s a combination of medicine, nutrition, and physical education. Providing your audience with factually correct and compelling content is a long-term investment not only in their health but your reputation as well! I’m not a big fan of anecdotal reports about the efficacy of a supplement- I prefer scientific methods, numbers, results and statistical significance. Since the amount of research in the field grows day by day, there are no more excuses to write “about a guy I used to know who was taking at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight in bulking phase”- why not presenting relevant research with clear recommendations?

 I can write about:

 -     Workout routines

-     Exercises

-     Gym-friendly foods

-     Clean eating

-     Supplements

-     And everything else that has something to do with fitness.

A good friend of mine (professional trainer) helps a lot- his expertise backs up every single of my articles.
