Send You Weight Loss Planner











About:

Fitness planner includes:



1. Check-in page where you get to measure your current situation and color a body depending of how happy you are with different parts.

2. Vision Board, where you set your goal in measures and add a picture of you in the best shape or a collage with the body you want and your head.

3. Meal Planner, weekly meal planner that includes breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and dinner

4. Workout Planner, where you set your cardio, resistance, stretch, rest and goals for each day of the week

5. Progress Tracker, where you can track your improvement in measures and draw a simple graphic of weight loss or gain.

6. Check-out page, the same as Check-in, just hopefully you'll do better at the end.



You get two zipped files. Each contains 6 png files, adjusted either for A4 or US Letter size, but can be easily printed on A5 or half letter as it's adjustable. All images are of high quality (300dpi).



If you want a personalized plan of meals and workout made just for you, you'll have to give me some information about your general health, measures, desired measures etc...
