I will create nutrition facts for a food product or recipe

I work at a large Caribbean food company, where I have gained experience in project management, new product development (from concept to shelf) and reviewing food labels to ensure that they meet the requirements of the FDA.

My experience qualifies me to calculate nutrient values for the nutrition facts panel and round them off as per FDA regulations.  I will do this for all nutrients that the FDA regulations list as mandatory and send the values to you in an Excel sheet. This also includes calculating the calories, servings per container and the correct serving size that should be stated. I can also provide the panel in printable PDF format (see gallery). If you need an FDA compliant ingredient list or regulatory advice for your label design, I have a package for you too.

Please provide a complete list of the ingredients and their mass in grams along with the other requirements when you place your order.

I can't guarantee that your product will not get in trouble with the FDA, but I can significantly reduce the possibility of that happening and give it the best chance of success.
