What is Flexible Dieting?You will track calories and macro nutrients using an app called MyFitnessPal (Other apps are available). I will suggest the calories and macronutrient split that best suits you. You will then go about your day(s) eating the number of calories and macros I've suggested. You'll eat the foods you enjoy. Nothing is off limits.

If fat loss is your goal we aim to
- lose 1-2lbs per week
- Coach you on making the right choices for your self
- Coach you through social events. A diet shouldn't restrict your lifestyle
If weight gain is your goal we aim to
- Gain weight at a sustainable rate (little fat as possible)
- Coach you on making the right choices for your self
- A healthy sustainable weight gain would be 1-1.5lbs per month
