Create A Custom Weightlifting Or Fitness Training Program











About:

I will be creating a custom training plan to fit your goals and ideal body physique.

The fitness plan will be tailored to:

  • The equipment available to you
  • Your experience in fitness
  • your goal of muscle gain or fat loss
  • How many days a week you are free to train
  • your level of ability 
I will also offer extra help with the plan in the standard and premium packages

In the standard package:

  • Offer advice on anything you're not sure  from my own experience, and debunk myths
  • Provide warm up and stretches for before and after workouts.
  • Add nutritional and lifestyle advice.  
In the premium package:

  • All previous extras
  • A flexible diet plan to go alongside your training
The training Plan will consist of a variation of light cardio and Crossfit workouts, while also incorporating strength, weightlifting and hypertrophy training. I can also add extra workouts at the end of sessions to work specific muscle groups e.g. ab training.
