Hi,



My fitness journey started back in 2013. While I was in 12 grade my body weight was 55Kg/112Lb at 5 feet and 10 inches. I was a skinny guy and hard gainer. 

I am fitness enthusiast and I have experience of 7 years being a fitness trainer in local gym. I want to extend my coaching services and my fitness/diet plan globally. 

I believe not every one has enough time to go to gym and gym membership are expensive as well.

My exercises are specifically designed for those who don't want to go gym or don't have enough time for gym

My exercise are home based:
