Design A Strength Building Program For You











About:

I will design you a personalized program that fits your needs and preferences to help make you stronger. My option with the lowest cost is the program I start most beginners on that have been lifting for 6 months-1.5 years. This program is not custom but it will help increase your strength and put on some muscle in a 4 week period.



Upon purchase of the Covenant Strength OR Power-Building program, you will receive:



  • A consultation to discuss your strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
  • Form checks to make sure you're performing each movement safely and effectively. This can also help us detect any weaknesses/imbalances.
  • Your 30-day strength program.
  • The same methodology I used to break 3 state records
  • Weekly check-ins (you can also opt-in for daily check-ins, if needed, at no extra cost)
  • Up to 3 revisions to make sure you're progressing well and to scale the program up or down as needed
