Provide A Meal Plan For Bulking Muscle Building

Not every human on this earth is built equally.  Some are born with gifted genetics for sports and muscle building.  Generally speaking there are three types of bodies: ectomorph, mesomorph, and an endomorph.  The ectomorph is some one like myself that is naturally skinny and has a hard time gaining weight.  In this general guideline I will show you (through my own experience) how to gain pounds of muscle to achieve the desired looks of a superhero you always wanted!  Just remember, I will lay out the map for you but you have to walk it yourself!  Consistency is the key!
