How do I do this?
I listen to what you want, what you
need and what is preventing you from reaching this and use this information to
create completely customized meal and workout plans.
Having a good workout routine will make all the difference in your weight loss journey - it's the difference between reaching your goals quicker, enjoying your workouts and doing it in the most efficient way.
According to your timetable you can pick a 3/4 or 5 times a week Workout Plan. You have the choice of Gym or Home Workout Routines.
EVERY PLAN WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL.
This workout plan
includes:
· Upper body workouts
· Lower body workouts
· HIIT workouts
· Body weight workouts
· How to's, pictures and cues for every exercise so you know exactly what to do
· Rep and set ranges specific for weight loss
· 45-60 minute workouts
