I want to help you get the body that you want because that's what I've done, and it feels amazing to like what you see in the mirror.If you're like I am, stuck at home with no gym, but wanting to come out of this societal hiatus as a winner, then there are no excuses when it comes to your fitness discipline. Now more than ever is the perfect time to focus on self-care, not regressing from any progress you may have already made in fitness. Believe it or not, it is very easy to stay in shape at home if you have the right plan to stick to, something to hold you accountable, and focus on the areas you want to excel in. Have no pull-up bar? Go to a local park and use the monkey bars, or do door frame rows or Australian rows beneath a table. Almost ANYONE has access to push-ups. Used to squatting with a barbell? Do pistol squats, power leaps and box (table) jumps to keeps your explosive leg power. That's what I love about home work-outs, you have the chance to be creative and have fun with it! This is a time for all of us, whether you have started your fitness journey or not, to rise and become our best selves. Let's do this together!
