Individually: Workouts and nutrition are perfectly fitting your goals and will help you reach it. (i. e. If you are a vegetarian i will add other protein sources / if you are injured the workout plans will help you to stay fit) 



Daily reachable :  If you bought my coaching i will be daily reachable for your questions and ideas. If you are sad i will push you and motivate you.

Really quick turnaround. Work was really professional and clear.

The seller communication is great and he is friendly. However, I wouldn't say I was satisfied with the workout plan. Reasons why - Legs and chest were trained in every workout session, I really can't see my body repairing that quickly. - Lower back was trained in 2 out of the 3 total workout sessions. - I specifically stated I had a pull-up bar and for some reason he included no pull-ups with only 1 upper back exercise which I did not have the equipment for. Very strange. - No oblique exercise were included - I asked for a plan that focused on abdominals and he only include 3 abdominal exercises (which were separated between days). - It was 1 week, so I don't why it was called a 4 week PLN
