Your diet needs to be nutrient-dense. Meaning fast food won't have the same amount of vitamins and minerals compared with a plate full of healthy protein, vegetables and fats.

To succeed you need to create a diet that will suit your lifestyle and that you can stick to for at least 4-weeks.
