I will send you my Questionaire asking your specific goals. Based on how honest you answer the questions, I will develop the perfect fitness package for you to follow and reach your goals. Your plan comes with a food list broken down into categories, from Protein, Carbs, Fats. I will include a calorie count as well to provide a little flexibility in your dieting for when your on the go and a diet specific to you for when your home. We will have two check ins a month to check progress and alter any needed workouts or diets. I will also include workouts on the go if need, for a extra cost. I'm hear to serve and motivate.
