How am I going to transform you?
The From Zero to Athlete programs combine aspects of bodybuilding and
powerlifting to make you stronger and muscular, and it focuses on conditioning
to make you athletic and light on your feet. This mixture of exercises and
concepts yields the greatest gains and is what we call a hybrid style of
training. It´s efficient on time, fun, builds incredible work capacity, and has
the ability to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
How does it work?
Even though I won’t be able to meet you in person, I can still be your coach at distance.
1. Decide your goal and timeframe
2. I will send you a short questionnaire
3. You answer the questions
4. I make your program and give you access to the TrueCoach software
5. With an easy to use software, and demonstration videos with each exercise, you can't go wrong in the gym!
6. If you have questions or need a change to your program, you can message me on TrueCoach.
7. If you want to continue after your initial commitment, we can set a new goal and we can keep changing your physique.
