I am 22 years of age and i used to be a weak kid I have attached a pic of now and some years ago in the gallery and I myself managed to change my body strength and shape. I followed the routines provided by trainers and maintained my diet but nothing was working out for me but eventually through a routine I made for myself eventually worked out it took time but it was worth it.
