I'll give you receipts of food and the REAL way on how to them. All over the world there are many ways to cook food, but many of them are bad imitations of italian cuisine.
I know almost every way to make pasta (bianca, pesto, basilico e panna, burro e salvia, aglio-olio-peperoncino, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe...), but I also know popular dishes such as PIZZA (margherita, quattro stagioni, quattro formaggi, napoletana, romana, porcini, verdure and many more).
I can teach you about regional dishes of Veneto (Tastasal, peara', baccala', tiramisu'...)
I live in Italy so I've just assimilated this knowledge.
