Create A Personalized Home Workout And Nutrition Plan

Depending on your goals and preferences I create a functional home workout plan and a nutrition plan. The workouts are elegantly programmed for my clients to improve their overall fitness level, health, strength, and endurance. The variety of compound functional movement guarantees a toned body, lower fat level, and a higher quality of life as being fitter means a wider pool of life activities you can enjoy.



This functional training program perfectly works for weight loss and fat burning as such exercises require 3-4 more energy than traditional biceps curls and glute bridges.



The meal plan is built for 4 weeks, depending on your goals it may or may not need modifications after 4 weeks. You will have the list of products needed and the description of the meals. The meals are super simple, you won't need to spend lots of time cooking.



Reaching your body and health goals is not only about food and exercising. It's also about the mindset. For you to keep moving forward and reach the goal I also offer Q&A sessions, communicating about your progress and coaching sessions, where I will teach you how to handle challenging situations, support you and help you find the motivation.
