I will perform an online physical therapy evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal aches and pains. I have 8 years of experience and can get you back on track to doing the things you love. Your performance of exercises will be supervised by me to ensure correct form and maximum benefit. I will email you PDFs of all the stretches and exercises performed. The session will be 30 minutes. Based on what package you select you may have additional follow-up sessions with me also.
