About:
- My program contains a schedule of meals for 5 days.
- I will talk to you about what food you like or dislike and we will adjust the program.
- The program is not based on junk food.
- A healthy life style doesn't mean that you have to eat only clean. (just vegetables, fruits, meat etc.)
- By how fast you want to achieve your goal I will structurate the program.
- My concept is that you can have something you enjoy by the end of the day in a small portion.
- I don't stand for Cheat Days, I personally tried and it got me to binge eating.
- Also I will try to change your mindset about food and how it can change your life and soul.

Even if you don't take my program please just eat at least 20 grams of oats every day and you will feel the difference in your body.
