I offer a customized Home Workout Program for your specific goals. Last year I competed in bodybuilding and a spartan race. I've been training since a very young age, was running for a National Team and eventually helped many people to push their limits and overcome fears using training principles. I work as a Personal Trainer in Tribeca, NYC.Based on your fitness level, current goals and exercise/injury history, I will design 3-5 weekly workouts ( based on a package ) and share helpful links. You can always progress to more training days, new exercises and additional services - nutrition coaching. A virtual training, home or gym workouts are available.
