What Can You Expect From A Coaching Session With Me ?


- We will first look at your current life situation, what your having trouble with and also what your goals are.. then i will give you my best nutrition & workout advice and we will make a plan that you implement immediately !
- One session will take around 30/60 minutes, i like to talk mostly via text since its easier for me to think before i answer and also formulate my thoughts in the best way possible !




What Package Should You Buy ?


- If you want accountability, i recommend buying the 2 coaching session package where after 3 weeks we will have another session to review the progress you have made and adjust our plan if needed !
- If you want to get the most out of my coaching, i recommend buying the full package with 2 coaching sessions where you will also have full access to ask me any questions in the 3 weeks of implementing the plan !
