Wellness isn’t just being free from illness: it’s a process of growth towards a mentally, emotionally and physically healthy lifestyle. All diets work IF you can stick to it. The key to a long and healthy life is sustainability. My realistic approach to nutrition and wellness goes beyond the food you put in your body. It takes a holistic view of all the areas of your life. 

Whether it is disease prevention, curing digestion issues, autoimmune conditions, weight loss or gain, balancing hormones or improving your relationship with food, I can help and have a proven track record (longest case study: myself).

It can be hard to sort through all the latest health and diet trends these days to know what really works and what doesn't. My mission as your coach is to help you understand your body better so you feel empowered to be your own advocate and confident making informed decisions to live a long, happy life. 

Each package will include a Taylored Plan for you to accomplish your goals, educational materials, worksheets & exercises that will increase your knowledge about health and unlimited email support between sessions.
